Crystal pledged to lose 6kg but has lost over 11kg in just 12 weeks

This Grafton-based mum has lost 11.1kg in JUST 12 weeks on The Healthy Mummy’s 12 Week Challenge!
Crystal has been following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge since the end of April 2021 but really started it when the 12 Week Challenge started in May 2021.
“I decided to join as I saw a photo of me full length on our holiday in April 2021 and it was so terrible that I said I couldn’t look like this anymore and my son needs a healthy fit mum to keep up with and not to be an embarrassment to my son,” she says.

Crystal says her pledge was to give it her all and not give up. As well as try new foods and have a more positive attitude. Her aim was to lose 6kg, so she’s exceeded her goal!
“Over the years I have tried nearly every weight loss program out there and they have never given me results the way The Healthy Mummy has,” she admits.
“For me, this is the only weight loss program that can and has delivered through with their promise to help lose weight.
“I think by pledging to change my mindset it has helped me to focus more and the rewards of weight loss and more energy.”
So far Crystal has lost:
Bust – 6 cm
Waist – 13.5cm
Hips – 12cm
Thighs – 3cm
Arms – 1cm
“In the last 12 weeks I have felt better inside and out, I have more energy, my head doesn’t feel so cluttered and stressed,” she says.
“I had lots of compliments that I look amazing and my skin looks amazing and that I look happier. I’ve noticed at the gym I’m getting stronger and stronger and the weights are getting heavier and I’m actually keeping up with the intense aerobics classes.”
What Crystal eats every day:
Breakfast: Healthy Mummy smoothie
Snack: Cruskits, tomato, cheese
Lunch: Healthy Mummy smoothie
Snack: Healthy Mummy pizza scrolls
Dinner: Meat and veg Healthy Mummy meal
Snack: Healthy Mummy slice or tart

“The 12 Week Challenge has kept me involved and focused with the group and I have loved all the tip and posts through out the challenge but even though it’s finishing up I’m not going to stop. I’m going to keep going and stay focused.”
