Prime Bites – How It Works

So each Prime Bites Brownie contains 19g of protein, and is packed with the following ingredients:

• Protein Blend

  • Collagen Hydrolysate

    

    Collagen supplementation is beneficial for joint and connective tissue health, as well as improving hair, skin, and nail texture, strength, and durability, and cardiovascular health.

  • Whey Protein Blend

    Whey protein is the standard for protein supplementation because it’s a complete protein, meaning it contains all nine essential amino acids. AP Prime Bites contain both whey concentrate and whey isolate for that extra macro boost.

  • Egg

    AP Prime Bites contain whole eggs, which are rich in choline, a crucial nutrient required for optimal health that the body cannot produce and must obtain through food. Choline is a precursor to acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that improves cognitive functions, including physical skills like balance and coordination.

• Sweeteners: Erythritol, Monk Fruit Extract, and Brown Sugar

  Erythritol is the primary sweetener and is a sugar alcohol that is mostly non-metabolized, doesn’t alter blood glucose and insulin levels, and improves mouthfeel. Monk fruit extract is another sweetener that doesn’t affect caloric intake or blood glucose levels, and mogrosides in it have been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties and inhibit the growth and differentiation of fat cells. • Flour Blend
