GHOST Partners with Sydney Cummings to Unveil Summertime Punch Flavors

Summertime is just about here, and that means it’s time for some deliciously fruity collaborations from GHOST!

For 2024, they’ve partnered with Sydney Cummings, the Guinness Record Holder for most fitness videos! This is the perfect collaboration, since both parties are kings (and queens) of content in their respective fields.

GHOST is collaborating with Sydney Cummings for a new Summertime Punch flavor, and it’s in a new Clear Whey Protein Isolate product!

In this collab, we’re treated to four products in a new Summertime Punch flavor, and one of these products is completely new! Let’s start with that one:

• Ghost Legend

  

  Everyone knows the legendary Ghost Legend pre-workout supplement, which, at the time of this launch, is currently in its third round of life at “V3” status.

  Legend sports a full 30 servings of workout enhancement power with 250 milligrams of caffeine and 4 grams of L-citrulline, alongside numerous other ingredients shown in the label to the right.

  The big story for the Summertime Punch flavor is the addition of one ingredient, and the return of another:

  • 50mg Gamma-Butyrobetaine

    A huge dose of this pro-carnitine ingredient known as GBB that helps your body produce more L-carnitine. Carnitine is critical for fat oxidation, since it helps deliver fatty acids to the mitochondria.

  Hot off the heels of the Matcha Green Tea Ghost Greens launch on Earth Day, the crew’s back at it with yet another great flavor.

  Once again, Sydney’s Summertime Punch flavor adds a bit more to the formula — this time in 500 milligrams of coconut water powder. This generally adds a touch of potassium to the product, which we love to see, since potassium’s a shortfall nutrient in most Americans’ diets.
